Old postcard of a child and a dog, sent in 1922

I am offering an original old postcard with a child and dog motif. The front of the postcard depicts a little girl in a light dress sitting next to a large dog, probably a Saint Bernard. The postcard has a painterly feel, the scene is underlined by a warm homely atmosphere. On the reverse are postal service stamps from 1922, including an original postage stamp and postmark. The postcard was actually sent and contains a handwritten dedication. The condition is consistent with its age - slight wear to the corners and minor surface defects. An ideal addition to a collection of old postcards with an animal theme, especially for dog lovers.
