Old ethnographic postcard - Czech village festival, folk costumes

I am offering an old postcard with an ethnographic motif of a folk Czech village festival. The postcard depicts a scene from an inn where locals in folk costumes gather, sit at tables, chat, and a dance party is taking place in the background. In the foreground is a dog, at the bottom right is the inscription: "He will give us a girl someday, you will have it separately, and you will get the cottage from your father." The postcard is not described or pasted, the back is clean with the printing mark MK, number 216–4. Slight wear and slight soiling consistent with age.
