Loket (Elbogen) – castle and bridge, old postcard

Original old postcard depicting Loket Castle (German: Elbogen) in Egerland (Cheb Region) with a prominent suspension bridge in the foreground. The black and white photograph was taken by Karel Streer and published by the Egerlandhaus für Buch und Kunst publishing house. On the reverse of the postcard is a German description of the place. The postcard is in nice collector's condition, unposted, with only minor signs of age corresponding to the time of creation. A great piece for a collection of historical postcards of castles and chateaux or the Karlovy Vary region.
