Original old postcard depicting the town of Saalfelden in Austria with a panorama of the Steinernes Meer mountains in the background. The postcard is in very nice preserved condition, on the front there is a color print with a detailed view of the town, dominated by the local church and the surrounding Alpine mountains. The back contains a handwritten message and a Saalfelden postmark dated 18.V.15. Distinctive period character, printed by Verlag Würthle & Sohn, Salzburg, No. 22163. Ideal for collectors of postcards from Austria or lovers of the Alpine landscape.
