Original historical postcard from the period of the First Republic (1924) depicting the Elbe and the Elbe Hydroelectric Power Plant in the town of Děčín-Podmokly. On the front side you will find a high-quality photograph of this important water management structure with a beautiful reflection on the calm surface of the river. The reverse side contains a handwritten message and a period stamp with the Podmokly postmark of 17.VII.1924. The postcard is in good collector's condition, with only minor wear consistent with age.
