Pilsen - historical postcard with clock tower, 1946

Original old black and white postcard depicting the city center of Pilsen with its distinctive architecture and clock tower. The postcard was sent in 1946, as evidenced by both the handwritten dedication and the postmark and a stamp with a portrait of President Eduard Beneš. Small postcard format with distinctive period elements. Very nice collector's condition, no significant damage, only minor signs of age. An ideal addition to a collection of old postcards from the Czech Republic.
