Historical postcard Vodňany - Fishing School, until 1950

Original historical postcard with the motif of the fishing school in Vodňany (Modňan), Czech Republic. The front side has a black and white shot of the school and the adjacent pond, lined with mature trees and a promenade. The back side contains a handwritten dedication, address and a stamp with the inscription Böhmen und Mähren, cancelled in Vodňany. The postcard bears visible signs of age, typical for an issue before 1950. A great collector's item documenting the Czech history and fishing tradition of this region.
