Domažlice – historical postcard, Šumava, 1952, stamp and postmark

Original historical postcard with a motif of the town of Domažlice and the surrounding landscape in the Bohemian Forest. The black and white postcard depicts the town and the dominant tower in the foreground, with a picturesque landscape in the background. On the back there is a postmark from 1952, a Czechoslovakia stamp with a portrait of a personality, a handwritten message and an address to Prague. A very nice and well-preserved collector's item, suitable for lovers of postcards from the first half of the 20th century and the history of Domažlice and Bohemian Forest. Price: KČS 2.50.
