IX All-Sokol Festival Prague 1932 – Men's simple exercise, historical postcard

The postcard depicts a mass floor exercise of men during the 9th All-Sokol Rally in Prague in 1932. The Sokol Rally was a significant sporting and social event, where members of the Sokol organization from all over the country met for mass performances and exercises. The photograph shows a monumental number of gymnasts in uniform Sokol uniforms, who performed synchronized gymnastics routines in a packed stadium. On the back there are traces of a postmark and a handwritten message. The postcard is in collector's condition, with signs of age and use. Suitable not only for postcard collectors, but also for those interested in the history of Sokol and interwar Czechoslovakia.
