Velehrad - historical postcard 1927, Basilica of St. Cyril and Methodius

Original historical postcard with a motif of the pilgrimage site Velehrad (Basilica of St. Cyril and Methodius), sent in 1927. On the front side there is a black and white photograph of the famous Velehrad basilica with typical towers. On the back side there is a handwritten text, a stamp and period postmarks. This is a valuable collector's item with a beautiful period atmosphere, which is illustrated by the excellently preserved condition of the postcard, clearly legible text and a Czechoslovak Post stamp worth 50 haller. The postcard is suitable for collectors of historical postcards or for lovers of monuments and the history of Moravia.
