Tábor – historical postcard, small format, protectorate, 1940s

Original historical postcard from the Protectorate period, sent from Tábor to Prague. On the front side there is a black and white photograph of a view of Tábor across the river with a prominent tower in the background. On the back side of the postcard there is an interesting period postage stamp with a portrait and a handwritten description addressed to Prague. The dimensions of the postcard correspond to the small format used until 1950. The postcard is in very good collector's condition, suitable for a collection thematically focused on Czech cities, the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia period or postal history.
