Postcard Seč Dam – sailboats and swimming, S. Štochl

Original black and white postcard capturing the summer atmosphere at the Seč Dam. The photograph by S. Štochl shows a sandy beach, parasols, people on deck chairs and children in the water enjoying a hot day by the water. Sailing ships and boats on the surface of the dam are also dominant, which beautifully documents water sports and recreation at the time the postcard was created. On the back is a printed description and a Czechoslovakia stamp with a postmark. A very nice collector's item in good condition, suitable for a collection focused on water transport or recreation at Czech dams.
