Old Town Hall Prague 1945 – damaged astronomical clock, black and white postcard

An old black and white postcard depicting the Prague Old Town Astronomical Clock at the Old Town Hall after it was damaged during the May Uprising in 1945. The front side shows a close-up of the damaged facade with the legendary astronomical clock and damaged statues and portals. The back side is unwritten, showing minor signs of age: slight edge wear and slight yellowing of the paper. A very interesting historical piece for collectors, suitable for those interested in the history of Prague, World War II and old postcards.
