Mariánské Lázně – M. Gorky Colonnade, historical postcard with postmark

Original postcard from Mariánské Lázně depicting the famous Maxim Gorky colonnade. On the front of the postcard are several color photographs of the colonnade and its decoration, including a detail of the fresco on the ceiling and an overall view of the promenade. The back contains a handwritten message, a 0.50 CZK stamp of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, a postmark and the address of the recipient. Ideal for collectors of postcards with the theme of spa towns and architecture from the 20th century in Czechoslovakia. The condition of the postcard is appropriate for its age, signs of use are only slightly visible. The postcard is a contemporary document of personal correspondence.
