Telč – western part of the square with Renaissance houses and a castle, circa 1950-60
Original black and white postcard depicting the western part of the square in Telč with Renaissance town houses. The inscription on the back specifies that the postcard depicts the facade of the Renaissance state chateau connecting to the square and information about the construction of the houses after the fire in the 16th century. In addition to the historical buildings and arcades, the photograph also shows a period car and pedestrians, which further illustrates the atmosphere of the time. Published by Orbis Praha Publishing House, photo by V. Pospíšilová. The postcard is unposted, in very good condition, suitable for collectors or lovers of Czech history and architecture. The size of the postcard corresponds to the classic small format. A great collector's item from the period circa 1950-1960.
