Postcard with the motif of the birth room in Vyškov – Dědice, reconstructed by the State Monument Preservation Department. The town of Dědice is important primarily as the birthplace of the first workers' president of the Czechoslovak Republic, Klement Gottwald (born 23 November 1896). The postcard depicts the interior of a typical rural room with period furniture, a shelf for ceramics and a tiled stove. Black and white reproduction, published by Orbis Praha.
