The Velké Karlovice postcard captures the beauty of the Wallachian landscape and architecture around the village of Velké Karlovice in Wallachia. On the front side we find a collage of several photographs - a view of the Vsetínská Bečva valley, traditional timbered buildings, the Razula Hotel, the Karlovy Vary Museum and the surrounding nature. The back side contains handwritten greetings and the addressee's address from Prague. The postcard was sent from Czechoslovakia with an original stamp with a nominal value of 50 haller depicting a great horned owl. An ideal collector's item with authentic labels and a period stamp.
