The postcard Southern Bohemia under construction captures a period of extensive construction in Southern Bohemia, probably from the 1970s or 1980s. The front of the postcard features photographs of important buildings and modern districts of the cities of Strakonice, Tábor, Prachatice, Humpolec, as well as engineering structures – the Žďák Bridge and the Landštejn Dam. The postcard is in good condition, unused, and offers period documentation of the development of Czech cities in the socialist spirit. The back contains a description of the individual buildings and the publisher ORBIS Praha.
