Zvíkov – state castle, family coats of arms, colored postcard from the 1970s
The postcard depicts the state castle of Zvíkov with a picture of the main tower and the coats of arms of the former owners of the castle. On the front side, in addition to a photograph of the castle, there are also eight colored coats of arms of important families that have owned Zvíkov throughout history (including the Rožmberks, Švamberks, Schwarzenbergs, etc.). On the back side there is a description of the castle and its history, as well as information about the owners at the time. The postcard was sent in the 1970s with a period stamp of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. A great collector's item for lovers of Czech castles and history.
