Karlovy Vary – Spa Building I., small format, 1962

Original old postcard depicting Spa Building No. I in Karlovy Vary, which is one of the significant architectural gems of the city. It is a small format, the postcard was sent with a postmark from 1962. The postcard bears a Czechoslovakian stamp with a value of 30 and a personal message addressed to Pilsen. On the front side there is a detailed black and white photograph of the building, in the foreground people sitting on benches in the park. The back side bears signs of normal damage and wear, corresponding to its age. Published by Orbis, photo Josef Ehm. An excellent historical collector's item suitable for a collection of postcards from Karlovy Vary or spa towns.
