Rare historical postcard depicting the market and colonnade in Karlovy Vary (Karlobad), probably from the early 20th century. The black and white, hand-colored print captures typical urban scenery of the famous spa town. The postcard captures the bustling atmosphere along with the architecture and surrounding landscape. The back contains handwritten text, address and an original Czechoslovakia stamp worth 50 haller with a postmark from 1928. Excellent collector's condition with slight signs of age. A great addition to any collection of historical postcards.
