Ancient ethnographic postcard of a rural cottage with a thatched roof

I am offering an old postcard depicting a traditional rural cottage with a thatched roof, painted in an artistic style. The postcard comes from the collection of artistic postcards by K. Šimůnek and was published by the publisher Gust. Dvořák from Německý Brod. On the back there are three Czechoslovak Post stamps with a nominal value of 50 and a handwritten dedication addressed to Berlin. The postcard is an interesting document of the history of folk architecture and postal communication from the time of the First Republic. The condition is well preserved with slight wear on the edges and corners, suitable for collectors of ethnographic and historical postcards.
