Description
Catalog number: P1261
Old postcard - group of people, military and ethnographic motif, circa 1st half of the 20th century
Old black and white postcard depicting a large group of people in period clothing, probably from the first half of the 20th century (until 1950). The figures in the photograph give the impression of a military or work collective, some are in uniform, others in civilian clothes. The center of interest is a person standing on an elevated place in light clothing, surrounded by others with raised arms. The postcard is described on the back only with a number (P1261), it is not postmarked. The condition corresponds to its age, there are visible signs of wear (corners, edges). A great collector's item for those interested in ethnography, military or social history.
