Original black and white postcard from the period of World War I. The picture shows a military officer, probably of the Austro-Hungarian army, decorating a soldier with a Red Cross ribbon on his arm. In the background are other soldiers in uniform. The postcard shows signs of age, small stains and slight wear, the reverse is unwritten. Suitable for collectors of historical militaria and postcards with a war theme.
