Romantic postcard – couple in a boat on a lake, 1934

I am offering an original old postcard with a romantic theme of a couple in a boat on a lake or river. The illustrated motif depicts a man and a woman sitting in a painted boat, surrounded by flowering trees and reeds. The woman is holding a decorative Japanese umbrella and both look very happy. In the background, a blue sailboat and a calm water surface with water lilies, dragonflies and flowers can be seen. The postcard was sent from Prague in 1934, postmarked Czechoslovakia. On the back is a handwritten text and address. Overall, nice period condition, light wear consistent with age. A beautiful collector's item with the atmosphere of the First Republic.
