Older postcard with the motif of St. John the Baptist based on a painting by Murillo. The postcard depicts a little boy (St. John the Baptist) in typical robes with a lamb, a staff and a banner with an inscription. This is a reproduction of a famous painting by the Spanish painter Bartolomé Esteban Murillo. The postcard is mint, light age in the edges, small spots consistent with age. Publisher Stengel & Co., Dresden, No. 29756. On the back is a legible pencil inscription.
