Postcard DDR cut glass box, 1981, described

Original postcard from the former German Democratic Republic (GDR). The front side has a color photograph of an elegant cut glass jar with a lid and decorative handle on a purple background. The back side is described, with a DDR stamp and a 10 pfennig stamp. The postcard was sent to Czechoslovakia in 1981. A great collector's item that captures not only the artistic craft of East German glassmaking, but also the postal history of the 1980s.
