Original old postcard with a portrait of František Palacký (1798–1876), a prominent Czech historian and politician. The postcard is part of the collection Our Heroes: A Collection of Postcards-Portraits, which was managed and published by Jos. Hladký in Prague's Vinohrady. On the front side you will find an artistic drawing of František Palacký's head, on the back side there is a brief description of his personality: a great historian and national and political leader of the nation.
