Postcard – President Masaryk with his wife at the polling station, Hradčany 1919

Original historical postcard depicting President Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk with his wife at the polling station in Hradčany in 1919. The postcard was issued by the Czechoslovak Red Cross on the occasion of President Masaryk's 75th birthday. There are several people on the postcard, the overall atmosphere and period clothing well illustrate the period of the early 20th century in Czechoslovakia. The back of the postcard contains a description of the event and the publisher. The postcard is in good condition, slight wear consistent with age, see photo.
