Historical postcard depicting a young Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk at the age of 27 (1877). It is a black and white portrait in an oval frame, on the back is the inscription Masaryk 27 years old (1877). The postcard was issued by the Czechoslovak Red Cross for the 75th birthday of President TG Masaryk. Very nice collector's condition, an interesting historical document representing a significant figure in Czechoslovak history. Ideal for expanding a collection of postcards with portraits of significant figures and rulers.
