Postcard Edvard Beneš – 70 years of Czechoslovak Social Democracy, 1938
The offer includes a unique postcard issued to mark the 70th anniversary of the Czechoslovak Social Democracy (1878–1948) and 50 years of the People's Rights (1897–1947). The front of the postcard depicts President Dr. Edvard Beneš, who is watching the demonstration march of 150,000 people on Wenceslas Square in 1938. He is also accompanied on the tribune by Minister Dr. A. Meissner, President of the Senate Dr. Fr. Soukup and Party Chairman Ant. Hampl. The back of the postcard contains a comprehensive description of the event and the publisher's information of the Ceremonial Committee of the Czechoslovak Social Democracy, Prague.
