Antique postcard – Czech folklore, dance, costumes

An old postcard with a motif of Czech folklore and folk traditions. The front side depicts a scene from a village dance, where men and women in rich costumes dance accompanied by violinists. The scene beautifully captures the atmosphere of the Czech countryside at the beginning of the 20th century. The color lithograph preserves the details of the costumes and facial expressions of the individual characters. The back side is provided with a handwritten message addressed to Prague. The postcard was published by the Salon Pragu publishing house. Suitable for collectors of postcards with ethnographic or folklore themes. The condition is consistent with its age, slight wear, no major damage.
