Older postcard with an ethnographic motif – painting by Jož Uprka: Tying a scarf (series II., number 7, Hroznohlofaňka, Summer). The postcard dates from the early 20th century and on the front is a reproduction of a painting depicting a woman in a traditional costume tying a scarf, typical of the Moravian countryside. The back is described, including the address, and bears signs of wear and age (part of the paper is missing at the top right). Publisher: Josef Pithart, bookseller in Kroměříž. A collector's and decorative item depicting folk traditions and costumes.
