Hradčany Prague – old postcard, 1912, Belvedere

Old postcard PRAGUE – Hradčany, View from Belvedere, issued before 1950. The black and white print captures the iconic silhouette of Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral as seen from the Belvedere summer palace. On the back you will find handwritten text, a postage stamp of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy and a legibly stamped stamp from Prague from the Austro-Hungarian period (date 1912). The postcard is in good collector's condition, corresponding to its age, with minor signs of wear on the edges. A great addition to a collection of historical postcards from before World War I, or for those interested in Prague or Hradčany.
