Antoš Frolka – Slovak pictures, old postcards, ethnography

Older art postcard from the Slovak Pictures series by painter Antoš Frolka. On the front side there is a painted scene with traditionally dressed figures in folk costumes, depicted carrying wood and engaging in everyday activities of rural life. The back side bears the publisher's mark (Josef Pithart, Kroměříž), series II. 8, with the inscription Praise be to the Lord Jesus Christ. The postcard is unused, in original condition with slight wear on the corners and signs of age.
