Postcard Slovak girl in traditional costume – J. Skrbek, ethnography

Older postcard with a motif of a Slavic girl in a traditional costume, author J. Skrbek. The postcard was published by the Gallery of Czech Artists, as stated on the back (Galerie českých mělců, Galerie d artistes tchèques). The title Slovácké děvče / Slovakisches Mädchen depicts a girl with a richly decorated skirt, embroidered apron and lace scarf, standing on a red background with a floral ornament. The back of the postcard is unwritten, only with a note about the author and publisher. Very nice condition considering its age, suitable for ethnography collectors or lovers of costumes and history.
