Postcard – The Last Battle of the Moravians, 1620, artistic, Liebscher

An artistic postcard with a motif of a historical battle – The Last Battle of the Moravians at the Hvězda Summer Palace on November 8, 1620 (Battle of Bílá Hora). The postcard depicts a dramatic scene of a battle between cavalry and infantry, with the Hvězda Summer Palace depicted in the background. This is an older artistic postcard based on the original by Adolf Liebscher, issued for the benefit of the Czechoslovak Legionnaires' Company. The postcard shows signs of age – slight wear to the corners and a small stain on the back, but otherwise it is in attractive collector's condition. Classic format.
