Original period postcard from May 1945 dedicated to the Red Army. The front of the postcard depicts a scene of a meeting of Soviet soldiers with civilians in national costumes, probably during the liberation of Czechoslovakia at the end of World War II. The postcard is without signs of use, in very good collector's condition. The back has the text printed: MAY 1945. We salute the glorious Red Army. and the marking MEMORIAL POSTCARD OF THE ASSOCIATION OF FRIENDS OF THE USSR IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA.
