Original historical postcard with a black and white photograph of the welcome of President Dr. Edvard Beneš. The front side depicts the ceremonial moment of welcoming the president surrounded by a crowd of people and soldiers with the Czechoslovak flag in the background. The postcard was actually sent - on the back there is a stamp with a Prague stamp dated 1. VII. 1945 and the address of the recipient. The condition corresponds to its age, slightly worn edges, without serious damage. A unique collector's item from the post-war Czechoslovakia for collectors of historical postcards and those interested in Czech political history.
