Postcard Liberated Wenceslas Square Prague 1945 – World War II
I am offering an original small-format postcard depicting the ceremonial liberation of Wenceslas Square in Prague at the end of World War II. The postcard shows significant moments from 1945 – crowds of people welcoming soldiers at the dances and celebrating the end of the occupation on Prague's Wenceslas Square. On the back is the inscription Osvobozené Václavské náměstí (unused, clean). Overall condition see scan, old paper with minor signs of age. A very interesting historical monument for collectors or lovers of 20th century history.
