Christmas postcard 1937 – Czech winter landscape, small format

Original Czech postcard from 1937 sent from Prague. On the front side there is a painted winter landscape with a cottage and a figure carrying a Christmas tree in the snow. The postcard is stamped with a 50-haller portrait of President Edvard Beneš and a postmark from 22 December 1937. On the back side there is a legible handwriting with the address and description of the Christmas and New Year wishes - an interesting period document. A very nice example of Czech painting and graphics from the 1930s. Condition see photo, signs of age, minor wear to the corners.
