Liptovský St. John – historical postcard, Slovakia, stamp 1939

Original historical postcard titled Liptovský Sv. Ján. The photograph was taken by K. Klimeš, a druggist from Brno. The postcard depicts the winter scenery of a Slovak village with a church and a figure of a man in traditional clothing. On the back is the text Christmas and New Year's greetings. and also a rare Bachmač postage stamp 1918–1938 with the PRAGUE postmark (18. III. 39). This is a unique collector's item from the interwar period, suitable for lovers of Slovak realities and history.
