Easter postcard 1925 – girls in folk costumes, Czech countryside
An old Easter postcard from 1925 depicting a traditional Czech tradition - girls in folk costumes with pomlázky in a spring landscape. The beautifully colored drawing depicts a hand-painted ethnographic motif from the countryside. The postcard is postmarked, the back side bears legible stamps and a handwritten wish with the place of sending (Pilsen). The edge of the postcard is slightly worn, the upper right corner bears traces of gluing. Ideal for expanding a collection of thematic Easter or ethnographic postcards.
