Postcard Konopiště Castle – multiple shots, Czechoslovakia, sent

Original postcard depicting Konopiště Chateau. The front side depicts important parts of the chateau: the northeast facade with two towers, the interior of the chateau chapel with the main altar of the Virgin Mary, reliefs of St. George and St. Hubert, and statues of ancient gods and goddesses in the chateau park. The postcard was sent from Czechoslovakia, is provided with a stamp with a portrait and the original period postmark. The back side contains a handwritten greeting and address. An ideal collector's item for lovers of history, architecture and Czech monuments.
