Postcard Žilina – Slovakia, multiple shots, postmarked 1983
Original postcard from Žilina, a major industrial and cultural center of northwestern Slovakia. It is a collage of typical motifs of the city, such as castles, historical buildings and monuments. On the back there is a handwritten greeting, a stamp of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic with the motif of the Křivoklát Castle and a postmark from 1983. The postcard is in nice condition, ideal for a collection or as an interesting decoration. The size is typical for older Slovak postcards. The authors of the photographs are František Lorenc, Margita Marková, Milan Šmátrala and Vlado Bača. A great collector's item with a unique atmosphere of the 1980s.
