Gottwaldov (Zlín) – 17-storey Svit building, historical postcard

Original historical postcard depicting the famous 17-story building of the Svit company in the town of Gottwaldov (today Zlín). On the front side there is a black and white photograph of this iconic functionalist building, which was the dominant feature of industrial Zlín and was a symbol of the then Czechoslovak industry. The back side bears a description in Czech, Russian, French and English. The postcard is unposted, in very good collector's condition with minor signs of age on the corners. A perfect addition to a collection of historical postcards from the Czech Republic or for anyone interested in the architecture and history of Zlín.
