Valašské Meziříčí – painted postcard August Mervart, Czechoslovakia, small format

Original postcard with a painted view of the town of Valašské Meziříčí and the surrounding countryside by the famous painter August Mervart. On the back there is an old handwritten dedication, a stamp and a postmark from the interwar period of Czechoslovakia. The postcard is in a well-preserved collector's condition, bearing minor traces of age on the edges. A great addition to a collection of historical postcards of Czech towns or artistic postcards from the first half of the 20th century.
