Older postcard titled COMPIGNE - Vue de Beaux-Monts prise de la Terrasse du Château. View from the terrace of the castle in Compiègne onto the avenue Beaux-Monts. The text is in French and English. On the back of the postcard there is a marking for the address and correspondence, publisher Levy et Neurdein Réunis, 44, rue Letellier, Paris. The postcard shows normal signs of age and wear - the corners are slightly bent, light soiling, slight stains. A very decorative view for collectors of historical postcards from France, especially with the motif of castle parks and gardens.
