Original black and white postcard from the city of Châlons-sur-Marne (now Châlons-en-Champagne) in France, depicting the new offices of postal check accounts (Comptes Chèques Postaux). The postcard shows a modern administrative complex combined with the historical part of the building, in front of it a bridge with pedestrians and cars. A canal with a boat is also visible on the left. The back contains a handwritten note, date and publisher's name Éditions du Globe, Paris. The postcard has slightly wavy edges typical of older prints. A great collector's item for those interested in old French postcards of architecture and cityscapes. Condition is consistent with its age, without major damage.
