Original postcard from Leipzig, Germany, titled Messestadt Leipzig. On the front is a collage of five famous landmarks and buildings of the city: Thomaskirche (St. Thomas Church), the old town hall, Goethes Schlösschen, the Johann Sebastian Bach monument and other city scenery. The postcard was sent and is stamped with a German Democratic Republic postage stamp and a Leipzig postmark from 1969. The back has handwritten text. Ideal for collectors of historical postcards, thematic postcards from Germany or those interested in the architecture and history of Leipzig.
